#517 3 weeks down, 10 to go!

Today was the last day of Week 3 of P90X. I've been at this thing for 21 days, and I'm pretty certain I haven't lost one ounce. But there are parts of me that do feel tighter and better. I don't think anyone else can see it, but I feel it. I just feel it. I know something good is happening.

So the program is broken down into segments or phases. There's the first phase is weeks one through three that I just completed. Now the fourth week doesn't involve any strength training. It will focus on the core - that's your belly and back - your center. You do the yoga workout twice, something called Core Synergistics twice, stretching twice and Kenpo once.

The only new dvd in the rotation is Core Synergistics. I've read the description and I'm fully prepared to not be able to do a few of the elements involved. Hello? One-arm push-ups? The motto of P90X is "Do your best and forget the rest." That's exactly what I intend to do.

The yoga workout is very intense and it's also 90 minutes long. I'll have to begin at 5 in order to be done by 6:30 so I can get ready for work. That being said, I'd better get ready for bed. Good night!
