#579 I'm ready to go home

I created a playlist for my various iPods that I call "OMG I LOVE THIS SONG!" Right now it has just over 70 songs on it. This evening I was walking on the treadmill here at the hotel, and that was the list I chose, and I promise you that every song that came on, I really did say, "Wow! I love this song!" I think the list will change frequently, like whenever I get on my iTunes and think about it probably. My tastes change a little and I might really be feeling Guns and Roses one day and then the next time not even be able to stand Axl's whine.

Tonight I turned down a couple of dinner invites because I just really felt like chilling out. This week has been kind of crazy, but it started coming together for me today. I thnk when I come back in a couple of weeks for the actual training, the program will make sense to me. There was a lot of background testing this week, but it gave me insight into how the program is meant to run.

There's not much on TV tonight, so I think I'll get to bed early. I'm tired. I'm ready to go home and see the boys. The route is a bit circuitous: I'll fly from San Jose to Portland and then to SLC. The hour plus trip from San Jose to SLC will take five hours because of the detour through Portland. Oh well. At least I'll be home tomorrow night!
