Tonight I've been hanging out reading and playing games on my Nook. I downloaded backgammon, mahjong and Angry Birds Seasons. I've finally beaten The Device a couple of times in backgammon. I still suck at Angry Birds, but it passes the time. I was about ready to crawl into bed to finish the book I've been reading when I realized I hadn't posted on the blog yet today. I couldn't NOT post on the 30th day of National Blog Posting Month (NABLOPOMO). So here it is: 30 days, 30 posts!
My committment for December is to post at least twice a week. I'm usually really terrible at posting anything the month after posting every day. That's why I decided to set a goal of twice a week. Let's shoot for Sunday and Thursday, shall we?
I'm still in Watsonville, and I'm not gonna lie. I'm ready to come home. At first it was kinda fun to be away from home and the office. I have a comfy bed all to myself with lots of pillows. I have full control of the remote. I can go to bed as early as I want, or stay up late. I only have to get myself up and moving in the morning. All that novelty has pretty much worn off, though. I miss the boys and my own comfy bed. I miss my dog. I miss going to the gym. I miss my office and my friends at the office. I miss the mountains (although it is pretty here, too, but in a different way.) I want to cook my own food.
Well, only a day and half left here and I'll be home again. And the bonus part - I get to hang out with my BFF LA on Saturday! Maybe I'll even start Christmas shopping this weekend.

I have really enjoyed reading your blogs every day. Even though sometimes you think you don't have anything to say it's valuable to me because it's a way of being in your life even though I'm thousands of miles away.
So please keep writing. Maybe not every day :-) because I don't either. I tend to write very long when I do write and I always try to include some photos and stuff to make it more interesting and to show you how it is over here :-)
A big big hug for you and your family. Love you <3
Mia :-)
