#605 the first day

Welcome 2012! I'm so glad to see you! I have lots of things that I'd like to accomplish in 2012 and I'm hopeful that it will be a fantastic year.

One of the things I want to do is a "Photo a Day" project. I saw in on Pinterest and I thought I would really like to have a go at it. I bought the photo album at Urban Outfitters (I wrote about that experience last week), and I'm all ready to go! Today I took eight pictures, all with my beloved iPhone, and here's the one I chose for today's photo:

I began my year by taking my dog for a walk. It was a beautiful day, bright and clear. Yes, it was cold, but I was bundled up and Osi had so much fun. It felt good to get outside and stretch our legs. She's a happy dog when she can go out and run around a little and smell new smells.

The rest of the day I basically spent on my couch. I watched the 49ers beat the Rams, then I got involved in the marathon of the show "Once Upon a Time." I'd seen the pilot a few months ago and liked it, but didn't remember when it was on, so I didn't watch it again. Now I'm back up to speed and I will watch next Sunday night when a new episode comes on. I like the story and the characters. Ginnifer Goodwin is in it and I think she's great.

On Saturday I was out and about a lot with T, so it was nice to stay home and veg out today.
