#966 T & I at the movies: The Heat

I had the day off today, and it was wonderful. I'm starting to feel like myself again, relaxed and a little more mellow.

T and I decided to go to a matinee this afternoon, and we chose to see The Heat starring Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy. It was funny. Melissa McCarthy is just so crude; it's kind of awesome. Sandra Bullock is the straight girl, and she's good. T and I both enjoyed the film.

We had lunch at Olive Garden. I was kind of craving it, and now that I've had it, I'm good for a year or so. It's one of those places that is good, but not great. I think my spaghetti is every bit as good or better than theirs. I had the chicken parmigiana that comes with spaghetti. Meh. I had the zeppoli for dessert. That was good. I can't make that at home.

MT and T have gone to Idaho for the weekend. I think I'm going to bed early tonight. I want to read and I'm kind of tired. I only took a short nap today ;)
