Today is Wednesday and like most Wednesdays, my day started at the gym with a Zumba class. It is dark at 5:20 in the morning, and today the sky was extra dark, blanketed by black clouds. Occasionally, though, the sky would light up with an enormous sheet of silvery lightning that would completely illuminate the southern sky. You would see the whole sky light up, then glimpse the jagged streak in the center. What a show! I stood in the parking lot for a few minutes, watching in amazement. It was just dry lightning; I didn't hear any thunder.
The Zumba class was fun. We danced to what I think is one of the most joyful songs I've heard for awhile: Shakira's "Waka Waka." Have you heard it? Are you sick of it? I don't listen to the radio very much, so the only time I hear it is in Zumba class. I love it! I'm sure it will be on my iPod by the end of the week.
I wanted to put the video here, but I wasn't good at it, so you should see a post that just says SHARE. If you click it, you can watch and hear Shakira. She's lovely.
So get out there and shake your Waka Waka. It will make you happy!

You know Shakira's mom is from Barcelona?
That's a catchy song all right.
Storms are awesome, but I get scared, as you know :)
