#401 out of balance

It's been a long week and I'm tired. I'm also retaining water and feeling heavy. I already know I'm going to show a gain tomorrow morning on the scale. I ate out too many times this week. It wasn't really worth it, either. It's one thing if you eat out and it's really delicious and satisfying. I just ate out many times because I was too lazy to pack a lunch or make dinner.

On top of that, I haven't felt balanced; I feel scattered. Work was a little stressful this week and I had no energy when I got home. So...I guess I'll take the gain and get centered and do better. I'm not on a diet after all, I'm changing my lifestyle and there will be times when I slip up. It's ok. It's a marathon, not a sprint. (Don't you love all my cliches?)

You'll get there in good time Sandy. You have done such an amazing achievement so far and as you know the last pounds is the worse to get rid of. So don't get upset, let it take its time and sometimes it is like you say. Too much work, too much stress in your life and not wanting to cook.
I felt the same this hot hot summer we have had. It has been too hot to start cooking really so much sallats, plain yoghurt and fruits, but also burgers some days.
