#453 SNOW

There was A LOT of snow on the ground when we woke up this morning. We measured nine inches on our back deck rail. The snow rubbed Osi's belly, leaving her with snowballs stuck to her "feathers" - the long hair on her legs and chest. She was chewing on her snowballs, and T was picking them off her as well as he could.

Of course, when you have that much snow on the ground, it has to be shoveled off the driveway. MT went out to do it, but he changed his mind when he saw T's buddy Spencer out there shoveling. He assigned the task to T, who was not excited but who quickly recognized that shoveling might be rewarded financially. He negotiated his price and I accepted - $5 each time it snows. He could make some money this week!
