I really meant to do more today than I actually did. I was planning on doing some cooking, or at least some prepping for future cooking, but I didn't. I went to Costco (I love Costco!) and to the regular grocery store. I also went to Trader Joe's on Friday, so my cupboards and fridge are loaded with delicious things. So of course we had take-out from Cafe Rio today. (Why do we do that?) I was full and lost all desire to cook/prep anything. I did read though, and I watched football and the Golden Globe awards.
It's all good, though. I feel relaxed and content. I suppose that's all you can really ask for, right?
