#1720 good news!
Right after I wrote here last night, we got a call from our realtor. We had a full price offer on the fixer upper! We are very happy and excited. Now we just have to wait for the inspection and for the financing to go through. Still keeping our fingers crossed that everything goes smoothly.

Wow, I will keep my fingers crossed that everything goes through. The house is looking amazing and especially when you see the before and after photos you can appreciate the amount of work that is done! Tell MT he has done a great job (and sometimes I think with the help of T)
