#1973 feeling anxious and worried

I'm really tired today. The past couple of nights I have gone to bed after midnight and my pesky alarm goes off between 5:30 and 6:00, so I haven't been getting much sleep. There is some drama going on in my personal life that I'm not ready to share here just yet, but it is affecting me. My anxiety level is up and my sleep level is down. Not a good combo.

Tonight I hit the gym for a Zumba class that was very high energy. It wore me out. Now I'm having a nice beer to further mellow me out. Next I'll take a nice hot shower, put on my jammies and crawl into bed.

Tomorrow is a new day. Not that everything will be resolved and beautiful, far from it, but it's still a new day.
