I'm in a bit of a mood today. I think it's because I woke up way too early this morning. Osi doesn't know how to tell time, you see, and she woke me up around 4:30 to let me know she wanted to go outside. It's good that she does let me know, but it's hard to get back to sleep, especially knowing that the alarm will go off in an hour. This morning I gave up trying to go back to sleep and laid in bed for awhile. I was still up and dressed and ready to go to work by 6:00. I didn't go to work because that is too damn early.
Tomorrow I am going on a work trip. Of course I got my stress-induced cold sore. What the hell is that all about? You'd think I would be used to traveling, but whenever I am going somewhere, I get a little anxious and it manifests in an owie on my lip. I don't think this is so much about trip itself as it is about going to see my aunt and uncle. My aunt is having some health problems and my uncle has asked me to be the executor of the estate. He is going to show me the trust documents and where everything is kept, etc. To be honest, it kind of freaks me out.
Well, there's nothing for it except to get to bed.
