the great, the yucky and the fun

T brought home his first report card of the 4th grade year. He was graded on 6 subjects and got an A in one subject. He got A+ on each of the other 5 subjects!!!! How great is that?! I'm so proud of him I could burst! His straight A was in science. He has worked so hard on his math; I couldn't be happier for him. We're so excited!!

An update on the flesh-eating bacteria: B has shingles. Not nice. I hope that he will be ok. Since it is on his head, the doctor is worried about his eye and that he may get a worse disease in the eye that could spread to the brain. Hopefully that won't happen. He says he is feeling ok, but it's not very attractive so he stayed home today. Poor dude. Get well soon B!

We went out Christmas shopping tonight and it was pretty fun. We only went to 2 stores, but we are on our way. We had dinner at Fuddruckers; yummy burger.
