The picture on the left with T was taken in November 2008 on our visit to Disneyland. I was celebrating losing 50 pounds. The picture on the left, just me in the blue shirt, was taken this November, just a few days ago, also at Disneyland and I've lost 88 lbs. Can you see the difference?
We just finished watching "The Biggest Loser." That show is so great. Tonight was the make-over show. Timm Gunn is a guest and helps the contestants pick out a cute outfit and they get new hair-dos and stuff, then the families come to see them. This year they talked to a studio audience about their journeys. It was really great. I cried a lot. I always do. In the end, one of my favorites, Rebecca, got voted off the ranch. She was on Jay Leno's show after "The Biggest Loser" tonight and she looked great. Inspirational!
When I woke up this morning, my right knee felt a little tender in the injection area, still, so I decided to skip my workout this morning. It was a good decision because my knee has felt so good today! I didn't even have much of a limp. I'm really excited about this lack of pain. I'll get back to the gym for a light workout tomorrow morning, probably on the elliptical or on the bike, then start working my way back up to full strength and full workouts until I begin the left knee injections in mid-December. While this knee work is being done, it will be important for me to really watch what I eat and at least maintain my weight. I know I can do it! Still, keep your good wishes coming my way. Through the holidays I'll need all the help I can get!

Oh yes there is a difference. I for one will support you, although it's hard when I'm so far away. It seems like the weight you're loosing I'm gaining :-( Not very fun. The doctor says it's due to my medication. Maybe I will stop it because I certainly don't like this side effect.
