T starts school tomorrow. It should be interesting to see how our morning goes. We'll have to leave home at 7:30 so he can get to school on time. I get home from my class at the gym at 6:40, so I'll have to be on the ball to shower, get ready and eat something, oh and make sure T is up, dressed and ready also. We'll see how it goes this week. I may have to start going to the gym in the evenings. T and I are getting all of our stuff ready tonight so we'll just have to grab it all in the morning.
Speaking of routines, I like what I've been doing on Saturday mornings. I go to the cycling class at 7 AM, followed right after by yoga from 8 to 9. Then I come home, shower and get ready for the WW meeting at 10. When the meeting is over at 10:30, I'm ready for the day.
I've been taking two yoga classes a week. The first is power yoga on Friday morning at 5:30, then the Saturday morning class. There is also a class at 11:00 AM on Sunday and 7 PM on Tuesday. I may try to get to the Tuesday class this week. Yoga is hard for me because I'm not very flexible and during certain poses, I can hear the bones in my right knee grinding together. I don't love that sound. It's not really painful, it's just yucky. Still, the grinding only happens during certain poses, then at the end of the practice, I feel pretty good. Relaxed and loosened up.
I lost .4 lb at the weigh-in this week. That makes two weeks in a row of losing!
