#1175 my sleeping is all messed up

Help me! I'm all messed up! I get really tired around 8:00, but I don't want to go to bed because, well, it's only 8:00. i power through, then I get a second wind around 9:30 or 10, then I can't fall asleep until 11 or so. When my alarm goes off at 5:44, I have to push the snooze button at least once before I can even think about getting out of bed, then I sit and stare for at least five minutes at some point in the morning routine, then I scramble around to get out the door by 7:10.

At work I'm pretty organized and have a routine, but at home I'm a mess.

And here's another thing: I sleep like a rock on Friday and Saturday night, but on Sunday night, forget it. I toss and turn, I'm hot and cold, I'm tired but I can't shut it down. It's just terrible.
