I wasn't going to do it. All I wanted to do was come home, put on my relaxin' clothes and lounge. Then MT came home and shamed me into it, so I did it.
I voted.
Not that I don't think that voting is an honor and a privilege. It is. I just don't really like politics or politicians. The signs all over the place and the constant commercials drive me mad. I probably shouldn't vote because I don't spend any time at all learning about the candidates or what they stand for and want to be known to stand for, at least during these mid-term elections, but I vote anyway. And I got a sticker to prove it!
But I say, "If you don't vote, you can't bitch," so it's better to vote. I was glad that I did. I just had to put off slipping into my relaxin' clothes another hour.
