#1296 three things

1. Utah football. It's halftime of the Oregon vs Utah football game, so I decided I better get in here and write a little something before the night was over. In case you're interested, the score at the half is 24-10 Oregon, but it should be 17-17. A Utah receiver had what can only be called a brain-fart when he dropped the ball at the one yard line after making a great catch and running to the end zone. I don't think he realized he hadn't crossed the line yet. Oregon scooped it up and ran it back 100 yards for a touchdown. It's was the weirdest thing I've ever seen. Very disappointing play.




2. I hurt myself today. I was feeling a bit sprightly earlier today and I tripped going up the steps. I was coming back into the house after taking out the garbage and I felt like I could kind of run up the two steps to the front door. Unfortunately, my shoe caught on the top step and I was propelled forward with great force. I thought I was going to bash my head on the bricks or land on my knees. Fortunately, neither of those things happened. I somehow managed to remain on my feet, but I did crash into the house and smacked my forearm against the bricks. I may bruise there. My "new" knee is fine, but the old left knee is hurting quite a lot. I've been limping on it today since the incident. Also, my ankles hurt. I'm a bit sore. I feel pretty stupid, too.

3. T and KG are at the Sadie Hawkins dance! They are double-dating with Trent and his girl Kylee. They looked so cute and happy. I took some pics, which I would like to post, but I want to make sure it's ok with T before I do so. Hopefully I can put one up tomorrow for you to admire :)
