#1537 family movie night: Spectre

We went to see the new James Bond movie, Spectre.  My first thoughts are that it seemed long to me and I missed Judi Dench being in the movie. There was a lot of things going on and imaginative action sequences.

My favorite part of the movie was the first scene which takes place in Mexico City on el Dia de los Muertos. I liked all the masks of the skulls and the parade.

I also liked Madeleine, played by Lea Seydoux. I think she's very pretty. I remember her most from Midnight in Paris, but looking at her IMDB bio, I see that she was also in Mission Impossible Ghost Protocol.

Another favorite character is Q. I like smart guys with good hair.

Christof Waltz is the bad guy. I haven't seen many of his movies, but I know that he has won awards for being the bad guy in other films. He's fun to watch.

And then, of course, there's Bond. James Bond. Daniel Craig has been my favorite Bond. He's rugged, not too handsome, fantastic body, and brooding. I like the way he wears a suit.

Overall, I thought it was good, but not better than Casino Royale or Skyfall. Still a nice way to spend a couple of hours.
