The weather here today was absolutely, perfectly gorgeous! The temperature was in the low 70s, the wind wasn't blowing, the sky was bright blue. At lunch I walked around the track at work (one mile!) and it felt so nice to stretch my legs and feel the sun on my face.
The best thing, though, was while I was driving to physical therapy this afternoon. It was warm in the car, so I rolled the window down just a bit, then a little bit more and a little more until it was all the way down. I rested my elbow on the window ledge and enjoyed the air. I remember thinking how much I like warm spring days like this.
I'm telling you...the little things that you can find joy and pleasure in are the best!
