This is part of an actual conversation I had at the office this week.
Me: I am sort of craving chicken Mcnuggets.
W: Huh. Like from McDonalds?
Me: Yes.
W: Do you want the sauce or the McNuggets?
Me: Yes. I want both things.
M: What is your go-to sauce?
Me: Hot mustard.
M: They have hot mustard sauce?!?
Me: Oh yeah. It's the best.
M and W groan appreciatively.
Me: Do you all have multiple mustards in your fridge?
M and W, simultaneously: YES!
Me: Me too! I like to keep a Dijon, a spicy brown, and usually just a regular yellow on hand.
M: I'm a fan of a stone ground, too. Sometimes I get one with horseradish.
W: I have Dijon and regular all the time. Spicy brown sounds intriguing.
M: Do you put mustard on a grilled cheese sandwich?Me: YES!
W: What?
M and I explain the magic of mustard with grilled cheese to W, who agrees to try it out.
Me: I also like a sweet and spicy mustard on a grilled ham and cheese.
M: Oh snap! That's next level!
The three of us pause to ponder the wonders of mustard, then get back to work.

PS - I did have the Mcnuggets with hot mustard, and they were just what I wanted.
