#1144 you what?

We brought a new person into our department at work; today was her first day. I went out to lunch with her and she told me a couple of things that made me say, "HUHWHAT?" and I'm a little bit concerned. Obviously, I won't go into details here, but it's been on my mind all day and I wanted to vent, sort of. Guess we'll see how it plays out. When you are interviewing, there are some questions that you just can't ask, you know, and you find stuff out later that might have swayed your decision.
