Why does the time on Saturday go by so much faster than any other day of the week? I woke up around 7:15 this morning, and the next thing I knew it was 1:00, then it was 8:00 all of a sudden. How is that even possible? How did I spend my day?
In the morning I read, went to WW and looked at stuff on my computer. I indulge myself with looking at People.com and watching clips from The Tonight Show on Saturday mornings.
After that, T and I did a few things. We put gas in the car, we went to Target, we picked up my license plates and we went to McDonalds. Sometime after that, I worked on my travel geography class - learned about cool places in central Mexico. Then it was TV time.
I watched the Utah/Stanford football game (Utes win!) and the end of the Jazz game against Toronto (Jazz lose.) I watched the last hour or so of Good Will Hunting, then the last hour or so of the Foo Fighters Sonic Highways on HBO. It was the Los Angeles episode. MT and I love the Foo Fighters. We'll go back and watch the first four episodes of the series, oh yeah, and buy the CD or download it from iTunes.
Now it's nearly time for Saturday Night Live. I don't watch it very often, but T says that Woody Harrelson is the host and Kendrick Lamar is the musical guest. I'm trying to get over my dislike of Woody. I'm not entirely sure when it started, but he's had a few roles in movies where I actually kind of liked him, notably Zombieland and as the friend in Friends with Benefits. If he doesn't completely annoy me on SNL tonight, I might give up my dislike of him altogether.
There you go. That's how my time flew by on Saturday. It wasn't really worthwhile, but it was pretty relaxing.
